JUNE: Building Real-Life Connection

High-achieving women often network well — but crave deeper belonging.

This month focuses on:

  • Hosting imperfectly but meaningfully
  • Creating small gatherings
  • Strengthening local connection

  • Hosting at least one gathering (as simple as three people)
  • Initiating connection
  • Letting it be imperfect

Connection regulates the nervous system.
Regulated nervous systems support metabolic health.

JULY: Evolving Your Relationship with Food

This month, we will talk about food.  Not dieting or what to eat, but instead how to find pleasure and presence in meals.

It’s about:

  • Pleasure
  • Awareness
  • Slowing down with food
  • Ending the cycle of overthinking

You’ll practice:

  • One intentional meal per day
  • Upgrading one small daily habit
  • Experiencing flavor fully

When you eat in a regulated state, digestion improves.
When digestion improves, energy stabilizes.
When energy stabilizes, life feels easier.

August: Slowing Down for More Joy

Book: Slowing Down to the Speed of Joy

You don’t need less ambition.
You need less hurry.

This month focuses on:

  • Attention
  • Presence
  • Awareness of pace

You’ll practice:

  • Noticing when you feel rushed
  • Identifying hidden urgency
  • Building micro-moments of slowness

Slowing down brings presence. 

Presence brings Joy.

How the Program Works

Week 1

A private podcast episode unlocks, introducing the theme.

Week 2

Live group call to discuss the monthly theme and challenge.

Week 3

Participants continue to read the book and do the monthly challenge on their own.

Week 4

Live group call for reflection, integration, and discussion of that month’s theme and challenge.
