A Guided Metabolic and Life Reset for High-Capacity Women Who Want to Slow Down Without Stepping Back
I'm ready for a RESET!Four Months. Four Themes. One Intentional Summer.
You don’t need to blow up your life to feel better in it.
But you may need a different rhythm.
If you are a woman who carries a lot — responsibility, ambition, ideas, people — you already know how to move fast.
What you may not have is a structured space to:
- Slow your nervous system
- Reconnect with joy
- Improve your relationship with food
- Deepen real-life connection
- Experiment with small but meaningful change
The Summer Challenge is a 4-month guided experience designed specifically for high-capacity women who want to feel better in their bodies and lives — without stepping away from their goals.
This is not a traditional book club.
It’s not a diet program.
It’s not productivity training.
It’s a carefully designed seasonal reset.
The Importance of a Reset
Many capable women live in a low-grade state of urgency.
You’re functioning.
You’re productive.
You’re achieving.
But your nervous system may feel:
- Slightly hurried
- Slightly overloaded
- Slightly disconnected from pleasure
Over time, that pace affects:
- Energy
- Metabolic health
- Hormones
- Mood
- Digestion
- Sleep
- Relationships
Â
You don’t need extreme change. You need intentional recalibration.
Join Us This SummerÂ
Each month, we will focus on one theme that gently shifts how you live — not through intensity, but through awareness and practice.
You’ll receive:
- A monthly podcast-style teaching from us
- A thoughtfully selected book
- A simple, real-world challenge
- Two live virtual calls per month
- Community support via private WhatsApp
The structure is light — but powerful.
The Monthy Themes
MAY: Saying Yes to New Experiences
Book:Â Year of YesÂ
Growth doesn’t require reinvention.
Sometimes it starts with one small “yes.”
This month is about:
- Expanding confidence through lived experience
- Stepping slightly outside your comfort zone
- Building evidence that you can handle new things
You’ll practice:
- One intentional “yes” each week
- Small acts of courage
- Reflecting on how novelty impacts energy and mood
Novelty supports dopamine.
Dopamine supports motivation.
Motivation supports momentum.
JUNE: Building Real-Life Connection
Book: Having People Over: A Modern Guide to Planning, Throwing, and Attending Every Type of Party by Chelsea Fagan
High-achieving women often network well — but crave deeper belonging.
This month focuses on:
- Hosting imperfectly but meaningfully
- Creating small gatherings
- Strengthening local connection
You’ll practice:
- Hosting at least one gathering (as simple as three people)
- Initiating connection
- Letting it be imperfect
Connection regulates the nervous system.
Regulated nervous systems support metabolic health.
JULY: Evolving Your Relationship with Food
Book: French Women Don’t Get Fat: The Secret of Eating For Pleasure
This month, we will talk about food. Not dieting or what to eat, but instead how to find pleasure and presence in meals.
It’s about:
- Pleasure
- Awareness
- Slowing down with food
- Ending the cycle of overthinking
You’ll practice:
- One intentional meal per day
- Upgrading one small daily habit
- Experiencing flavor fully
When you eat in a regulated state, digestion improves.
When digestion improves, energy stabilizes.
When energy stabilizes, life feels easier.
August: Slowing Down for More Joy
Book:Â Slowing Down to the Speed of Joy
You don’t need less ambition.
You need less hurry.
This month focuses on:
- Attention
- Presence
- Awareness of pace
You’ll practice:
- Noticing when you feel rushed
- Identifying hidden urgency
- Building micro-moments of slowness
Slowing down brings presence.Â
Presence brings Joy.
