âť“ Retreat FAQ Section

Do I need experience with a GLP-1 to attend this retreat?
Nope! While many attendees may be using GLP-1 medications as part of their health journey, it’s absolutely not a requirement. This retreat is for anyone who’s committed to personal growth, sustainable health, and building a mindset that supports long-term transformation—regardless of where you are medically. Whether you’re on a medication, exploring options, or not using any at all, you are welcome here.

What if I have food restrictions or dietary needs?

We’ve got you covered! Prior to the retreat, we’ll send out a detailed intake form where you can share any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences—such as gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, or others.

We are committed to making sure everyone feels nourished, safe, and included at every meal. If you have specific concerns, we’re happy to work with you individually to ensure your needs are met.

What clothes should I bring?
This retreat is all about comfort and connection—so keep it casual! Think comfy layers, activewear, cozy loungewear, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the day.

We will have one special dinner, so bring one outfit that makes you feel a little dressed up—but still you. No need for formal wear, just something you’d enjoy wearing for a nice evening with new friends.

And don’t forget comfortable shoes—you’ll want them for any light movement or outdoor activities!

Where is the retreat located?
The retreat will take place just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana on a peaceful, cozy farmhouse. Exact address and directions will be sent after registration.

What’s included in the price?

Everything! Your 3-night stay, all meals and snacks, group workshops, retreat workbook, wellness sessions, sound bath, expert-led workshops, and welcome gifts. Just get yourself there!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we do! We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we’re happy to work with you to find a payment plan that fits your needs. Just send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll figure out what works best for you.

Will I have a roommate?
Yes, all rooms are shared and include three individual beds. You’ll be rooming with two other guests. The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed to allow for both connection and quiet — so if you need some alone time to recharge, there will be plenty of comfortable spaces to do just that.

Can I come early or stay late?

You’re welcome to arrive Thursday afternoon before the welcome dinner. Guests will depart on Sunday afternoon- if you have a later flight you are welcome to stay later that night but we will be starting to pack up after the event and no more meals after the lunch on Sunday are provided.

Are travel costs included?

No, transportation to and from the retreat location is not included in the registration fee. We’ll provide guidance on nearby airports and carpooling options can be arranged among guests.

What if I want to work 1:1 with the stylist?

You’ll enjoy a group style workshop with Lora LaPratt during the retreat. If you’d like a personalized 1:1 styling experience, we’ll share details on how to schedule a call directly with Lora to discuss your goals and coordinate a custom styling package (additional fee applies).

Is this retreat just for people in the 30/30 program?

This retreat is designed for women who have been part of 30/30 or the GLP-1 journey in some form. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out at [email protected] and we’ll help you decide if it’s the right fit.

What if I have physical limitations or mobility concerns?
We’ve got you covered! All movement and activities on the trip are fully customizable based on your physical abilities, comfort level, and personal goals. Whether you love gentle walks, prefer seated movement, or want to opt out of a particular activity, everything is designed with flexibility in mind. This experience is about meeting you where you are—there’s no pressure to “keep up” or do it all. Your well-being comes first.

Can I arrive early or stay late?
You’re welcome to arrive on Thursday afternoon ahead of the welcome dinner. The retreat officially wraps up on Sunday afternoon. If you have a later flight, you’re welcome to stay at the house into the evening; however, please note that we’ll begin packing up after the event concludes, and no additional meals will be provided after Sunday lunch.

Will there be any Zoom calls before or after the retreat?
Yes! To help you feel fully prepared and supported, we’ll have a Zoom call one week before, and a follow-up call two weeks after the retreat. These calls are a great way to connect, ask questions, and set intentions before we meet in person — and to continue the momentum after we return home.

What airport should I fly into, and when should I arrive?

Please plan to fly into Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and aim to arrive by 3:00–4:00 PM EST on Thursday. This allows time to collect your luggage and take an Uber or Lyft to the retreat location so you can be there by 5:00 PM EST for the welcome reception.

I highly recommend arriving on time — this opening gathering is designed to help everyone get to know each other and set the tone for the weekend. Since this is a small, intimate retreat, those first moments together are an important part of building connection and community.

PLEASE NOTE: All times are in Eastern Standard Time. Plan accordingly.
